The Prisoners Are People and Human Too (papht) web site was launched on March 28, 2004. Currently, we have a very broad overview of Michigan incarcerated life. Within the months ahead, we plan to add materials to the site. Some of which include the following:

1- Religious Programming	We will continue to add more information to our general overview of religious programming in Michigan prisons, as that material becomes available.
2- Special Activities Programming	Will provide an idea about various prisoner organizations sponsored by outside organizations. E.g., AA, NA, Jaycees., VVA, etc. Will also provide insights from prisoners who benefit from such programming, and inmates or outside volunteers who facilitate such programming.
3- Inmate Labor	Will elaborate on the various routine work assignments, including some insight on how work skills learned in prison can help with employment upon release.
4- Department's Official Web Site Overview	Will provide a general idea of information available of the Michigan Department of Corrections official web site with some tips on how to navigate through their site.
5- Links Page	We plan to add to our Links page to provide a general idea of other people, organizations, and programs working toward improving our prisoner lot in life so that we may return to society with a better perspective to remain crime-free upon release.
6- Tours	Will provide a prisoner, visitor and outside volunteers with an idea of what they can expect beyond the front entrance of a prison
